I can't stand football
other drugs besides accutane
This article makes two critical mistakes. First, it assumes that obesity is a measure of waist size. It's not, nor is it a measure of body fat. It's simply a ratio or weight to height. Secondly, it assumes the point of exercising is to lose weight. That's not always true. I go to the gym and lift weights 4 times a week. I have no interest in losing weight. I'm trying to gain muscle. According to BMI tables, I am just 5 pounds away from being obese, but I wear jeans with a 31 inch waist and could wear a 30 comfortably if they made the legs bigger.
