The first told me that I was required to read my own meter, and supply them with my meter readings within three weeks. The second was an estimated bill. The third was a bill based on my own readings from two days previously. This informed me that my monthly direct debit was going up because I should be supplying my own meter readings on a quarterly basis. What next?
