I hate shopping caverject nitrate SIR – Stephen Bubb’s comments (report, August 7) on the suitability of retired officers to lead charities are misguided. Sir Terry Leahy, in his book Management in 10 Words, constantly refers to the qualities that such officers display which makes them eminently suitable: strategic planning, leadership, project management and decisiveness.
